Note from the Provost
Washington College rightly prides itself on its excellent facilities: a beautiful campus, classrooms outfitted with the latest technology, state-of-the-art science laboratories, and great athletic and recreational venues. But our greatest resource is our faculty: 95 full-time, genuine teacher/scholars. At Washington College, their absolute top priority is teaching undergraduates. In addition, our faculty actively pursue advanced research in their academic fields, involving students as collaborators or research assistants whenever possible.
